Return Policy

Return Policy for OscarEye.com

You may initiate the request for return of the Product if:

  • the Product is damaged;
  • both the Product and shipping bundle have been damaged;
  • the product is defective or is not in working condition;
  • the Product is of terrible quality;
  • portions of the Product or accessory is missing;
  • the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description gave on the Dependence Oscar Eye Platform; or
  • you are dissatisfied with the bought Product (“Non-Compliant Product”).

You will keep the Products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/deal receipt, brand external box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for an effective return.

If you have received any Product that is likely to return in terms of this Policy, we propose you immediately register a request in such a manner on the Oscar Eye Platform.

For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective, or Non-Compliant Product received or potentially permits our personnel to plan a visit to assess the damage, defect, or non-consistence in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern detailed in the return request, we may at our only discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a way we may consider fit.

Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are satisfied at the time of the return of such Products, for example, the Product is returned in original condition (including water seal stickers in case of lens spray), along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the product, the brand external packaging of the Non-Compliant Product and all accessories therein, no damage having happened post-delivery of the Product while in your possession and so on.

You concur that we won’t acknowledge the return of any Product: (I) if you have put in the request for a wrong product model, variety, or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to a non-returnable Product category (For instance, personalized Products that are not reasonable for return because of their nature), (iii) if you neglect to request return/register a complaint about a Non-Compliant Product within the Return Period.

Any damage to the Product caused by your ill-advised wearing or safekeeping of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User, or a third party, or any depreciation in the value for other reasons won’t be considered such Product a Non-Compliant Product and won’t be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in such a manner will be final and binding.

You can return the Product(s), bought from us gave the Product(s) satisfy the below mandatory conditions:

(I) The Product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.

(ii) The price tag/standardized identification, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not changed, damaged, or discarded by you.

(iii) The Product is not changed, except if demonstrated vendor defect.

(IV)Return is being initiated against the order under which it was purchased and from the same account and the chronic number/scanner tag of the Product matches our records.

(v) There is no foul smell, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the item.

(VI)The Product(s) if purchased as a set should be returned as the complete set.

(vii) Product(s) returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.

(viii) We are satisfied that the product has not been returned defective or unusable.

We maintain all authority to dismiss the return request for a Product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

Return of bought products facilitated through our converse logistics accomplices. On receipt, of the request for the return of a Product on the Oscar Eye Platform and the same being appropriately acknowledged by us, our opposite logistics accomplices may get in touch with you to collect the bought Products from you.

You may likewise return a Product bought by you on the Oscar Eye Platform at our actual stores/shops gave you give the following information:

(I) details of the item;

(ii) original invoice of the item;

(iii) order number;

(iv) reasons for return; and

(v) your contact information.

Contact Lenses:

Contact Lens returns will be acknowledged only if the sealed packaging is intact and returned along with the original carton.

Opened boxes won’t be reclaimed regardless of whether there are unused lenses in the case.

Zero Powered Eyeglasses and Sunglasses:

In the case of Zero Powered Eyeglasses and Sunglasses, the return will be acknowledged only if the product you received is not what you have ordered.

Power/ Prescription Sunglasses or Eyeglasses :

In the case of Power/ Prescription Sunglasses or Eyeglasses, the return will be acknowledged only if the lens power does not match the power according to the order.

No returns/refunds are accessible for Contact Lens cases and Contact Lens solutions.
