14-Day Return Policy: Refunds and Replacement

At Oscar Eyeglasses, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your standards or can be defective. This is why we also offer a 14-day return policy for all eyewear near-me services. Please read our refunds and replacement.

  1. Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or sold.
  2. Usage: It should be unused or unworn
  3. Tags: All original tags must be in good condition.
  4. Purchase Proof: You must provide the bill of purchase or receipt as the original proof of transaction.

Damages and Problems: Refunds and Replacement

Please evaluate your coupon upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if the eyewear near-me product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll take the necessary steps to resolve the issue immediately. 

Exchanges

You have to return the original item to exchange it once the return request gets approved. Furthermore, you’ll have to make a new purchase for the same.

Refunds

We’ll inform you once we’ve received your return request and inspected the item returned. If approved, you’ll be refunded the original and full amount within 3-4 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or cards (credit/debit) to process the transaction and reflect in your bank accounts. 

COD (Cash On Delivery)

No refund will be processed against the charges made with COD (Cash on Delivery) payment methods.
